In season one, we watched as two small town, NCHSAA 2A teams fought through the playoffs in the hopes of raising a championship banner into their rafters. In season two, we follow the same teams throughout the entire 2021 season as both teams deal with COVID-19. Farmville Central High School enters the year as the defending, back-to-back state champions while South Granville High School is coming off an undefeated regular season with the hopes of ruining the Jaguars dynasty run by earning the schools first ever basketball state championship. The stars in season two can be found in Terquavion Smith (NC State) & Bobby Pettiford (Kansas) as well as their respective coaches in Larry Williford (FCHS) and Jake Wohlfeil (SGHS).
